2026–2027 Athletic Clearance

See the LINK Below for the 2026-2027 Athletic Packet that will need to be completed prior to the start of the 2026-2027 Season and any preseason workouts or tryouts.

All district high school student-athletes must register through Aktivate.

All Prospective Players who wish to tryout or participate in the pre season conditioning MUST have the athletic packet completed, uploaded and cleared by the athletic department prior to participating.

2026–27 Athletic Clearance Steps

Create/Login Account

Visit HomeCampus.com and select "Florida".

Select School

Choose "Venice Senior High" and select the 2026–2027 school year.

Complete Forms

Fill out all required student and parent information.

Upload Documents

Upload the required EL2 Physical Form (4 pages) and NFHS video completion certificates (Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Heat Illness, and Hazing Prevention).

Submit

Print or save the confirmation page.

Important Requirements

Physical Form: Only upload the 4th page of the EL2 Physical Form.
ECG Requirement: As of July 1, 2026, all incoming 9th graders and athletes new to Florida must complete an electrocardiogram (ECG) screening before participating in athletics.

Confirmation Page: The confirmation page must be uploaded to the profile to be officially cleared.
Athletes will not be allowed to participate in summer workouts or tryouts until their Home Campus profile is approved.
