The Venice High School Soccer Booster Club is a group of parents, staff and other interested parties whose mission is to financially support and enrich the Venice High School Boys and Girls Soccer experience.

The Venice High School Soccer Booster Club was established as a support to encourage parent participation and to raise funds to enhance and expand the Boys and Girls Soccer programs at Venice High School. The Booster Club believes strongly that parents involvement along with the coaches support during the high school years can be a key to the success of the individual student. 

In addition to financial support, the Booster Club recognizes that participation in high school athletics benefits everyone. The Booster Club promotes opportunities to build and strengthen relationships with the student body, the Venice High School staff, parents, local business and the community at large. 

Money is raised through membership fees and fundraising activities.  Each year the Booster Club produces a Soccer Program featuring the JV and Varsity boys and girls soccer teams, coaches, game schedules and discounts offered by local advertising sponsors.  Throughout the year additional money is raised by our annual 5K run, the downtown Venice Holiday Parade concession stand, the High School concession stand at each home game as well as the sale of specialty products.

Because of the Booster Club’s efforts we are able to financially help support, in full or partially,  one team practice t-shirt for each player, special conditioning training outside of Venice High School, field trips, camping trips, provide support for needy students, provide financial gifts to graduating students as available, reimburse administrative costs for coaches, maintain websites, special event liability insurance, year end banquets for both the boys and girls soccer teams and other miscellaneous support as needed.  The Venice High School Soccer Booster Club is a 501c3 non-profit organization.  It is our goal to become financially strong so one day we will have the opportunity to apply for grants and help play an integral role in the development of a Venice High School soccer field complex, starting with locker rooms, practice fields, lights and sound system. To accomplish this, we are inviting and encouraging all members of the Venice community to become part of the Booster Club and our fundraising activities.  JOIN THE CLUB - and become a Venice High School Soccer Booster!
